The Global Row is one of the last great world firsts left to conquer.

We are looking for partners who wish to align their brand with a global expedition and to benefit from a unique sponsorship package.

We are seeking title and secondary sponsors as well as equipment and service suppliers. We are also seeking charitable donations.  

The previous expedition provided the a 200% return on investment for the title sponsor after only 3 months. The anticipated duration of the voyage was 18-22 months. An approximate Media/PR value of £1.2m was given for the total expedition coverage by Bell Pottinger - an independent PR company.

Using our past experience with expedition PR and sponsorship we aim to repeat (and better) this for the second Global Row challenge. We now have a dedicated PR and sponsorship co-ordinator who will work closely with your organisation to gain the best ROI for you and to maximise value for your involvement and support.  All packages will be tailor made to sponsor specifications.

Your part in The Global Row expedition

We will encourage a relationship of communication and involvement from the outset.  This expedition can be used by your organisation to:

Our specialist web team will stream live images and footage to your website and across other online marketing tools simultaneously.  In addition, you, your staff or a prize-winning client could join the expedition for a stint during the training, preparation, or during an en route resupply.

Advanced Communications

Olly has all necessary equipment to enable camera and satellite  transmission. The latest B‐GAN equipment on board will transmit press quality images and broadcast quality footage of the expedition. B‐GAN equipment is the very latest technology used by all national news agencies from war‐zones  and inhospitable climates across the globe. 

Olly’s knowledge and use of this equipment will bring his expedition to the screens of the worlds media in seconds.

Satellite phone interviews can be arranged through Olly’s communications team who will be garnering media interest throughout the campaign.

Ipadio is a young, fast growing business which has developed a unique suite of core software products aimed at helping large companies which need to communicate with mass audiences, both internally and externally.  Ipadio provides the means for explorers all over the world to live stream audio to the internet, using a mobile, fixed or satellite phone without the need of an internet connection. 
Audio broadcasts have been made from over 100 countries and from some of the world’s most remote locations.

Ipadio, which is a partner of the Global Row expedition, will enable Olly to keep in touch with his global audience instantly - streaming his live broadcasts and video footage, from wherever he is in whichever ocean, across all of his media channels, from the website to Facebook, within seconds.
